Terms of Service

Kalei lets event hosts create a shared disposable-camera roll and lets guests contribute photos to it. By using Kalei you accept these terms.

Hosts are responsible for their event: telling guests photos are being taken, choosing who can join, and moderating the album. Guests keep ownership of the photos they take and grant the event's participants the right to view them in the album.

Don't use Kalei to capture or share unlawful, harmful or non-consensual content. Guests can report photos; hosts can hide them; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service is provided "as is" during our early launch period. We work hard to keep every photo safe, but our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (Kalei is currently free).
